Borealmere Conditions of Use
Borealmere Conditions of Use
These Conditions of Use govern your access to the Borealmere CA platform. By creating an account or using the services you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction in which Borealmere is permitted to offer services. Canadian residents must complete KYC verification before they can deposit funds.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during onboarding.
- Keep your second-factor authentication device secure and report loss within 24 hours.
- Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Trading risks
Trading digital assets carries significant risk. Prices move quickly and you may lose part or all of your capital. The AI assistant and signal feed are informational; you are responsible for every trade placed in your account. Past performance and indicative accuracy figures are not promises of future results.
Fees
Fees are published on the Offer page and are charged in CAD where applicable. Borealmere may revise fee schedules with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Withdrawals and deposits
Withdrawals are processed only to accounts and wallet addresses in your verified name. Deposits from anonymous, mixing or sanctioned sources will be rejected and reported in accordance with Canadian regulations.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account has been compromised, used for unlawful activity, or violated these Conditions of Use. Suspended balances remain the property of the user and will be released after any required investigation is complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, Borealmere will not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
Governing law
These Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your home province require otherwise.
